However, this behavior of the application is part of a security feature that confines you to copy data from an unofficial app. The error message could occur on iOS as well as on Android. This is generally the Outlook policy to limit cutting, copying, and pasting from the unauthorized app. Well, with Microsoft Intune you can configure the policies for copying the data from an application.

Your organization’s data cannot be pasted here generally the feature of Microsoft Intune Policy Management stops or blocks cutting, copying, and pasting from the Outlook app to other applications on your device. However, the Microsoft Intune policy can b altered or reconfigured which allows the cut, copy, and paste from certain applications on your device. But before going to modify the policy try the underneath steps to fix the issue;
Edit and Save the File
Explore a new file and do some editing on it. For instance, open a new excel sheet and write some text in any row or column and insert the color. Now press the back button and when asked to save the file click on yes and save it.
Now check if you can paste the data into the file you have saved recently. If this issue occurs in your Office application, try to copy the data from another Office app.
Long Press the Screen
If you are facing this issue on your Android device, long-press the screen and paste the data where you want using the Paste option. This will allow you to paste the data.

Update Office Suite

To update the Intune Policy and enable copy and paste in the Microsoft Outlook app, you need to follow underneath steps;
- First, log in to your Microsoft Intune dashboard.
- Next click on Client apps from the left side of the screen
- From the Client apps screen, go to App protection policies.
- Under the list of policies, click on the particular policy that is installed on your device to edit it. Or, you can create a new policy for this through the Create policy option.

- Find Restrict cut, copy and paste between other apps under Data Transfer and modify it.
- If you want to create a new policy, you need to provide additional details like the Platform. Moreover, you will find the feature under Settings > Data Protection > Data Transfer.
- Lastly, click the OK button to save the policy.
After performing the above steps, you will be able to cut, copy and paste the data from other applications. However, it depends on what you did with the policy. If you have created the new policy, you need to allocate it to related groups.
